Job Description:Manager, Due Diligence Research (Interim)

Dow Jones is looking for a Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases. As a Manager, you will manage a team of Research Editors. You will work with your peers and your team of Research Editors, ensuring that our content and sources are kept up to date and that reports meet client requirements in terms of accuracy and timeliness. You will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance Services. This position is hybrid.
You Will
Provide regular communication of team objectives and goals
Supervise, support, and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation
Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements regarding content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions
Promote the Due Diligence research process internally and externally
Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
Support training of future members of staff
Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects
Support R&C with translation services as and when required
You Have
Ability to coordinate appropriate internal resources
Resourcefulness to readily adapt to changing customer expectations
Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics
An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity
