Job Summary
The R&C Managed Services team is integral to Dow Jones Data Strategy. The R&C Managed Services leverages our market-leading research expertise and methodologies to assist organizations with data-related projects, providing value-added services to deliver projects on time and within budget.
As a Content Quality Analyst your primary responsibility is to perform daily risk reviews of screening alerts ensuring quality, effectiveness and overall efficiency of procedures and policies. As a Content Quality Analyst you will have the ability to consolidate multiple data sets from different sources and analyze the data accurately and efficiently. This role requires a high level of ownership and critical thinking. You will be collaborating closely with Screening Managers and you will also be in contact with clients and sales to ensure project requirements are clear and documented. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and up-to-date internal documentation as well as client-facing material related to R&C Managed Services.

You will
Perform Quality Control by ensuring a high level of quality in delivering risk and compliance solutions/ projects to clients.
Collaborate and partner with Screening Managers and Data Analysts to proactively identify process improvements, capture business process requirements, and help translate these requirements into technical solutions to drive efficiency and improve data quality for the team
Analyze data, perform research and share feedback to enhance our plans, processes and playbooks
Assure all quality and operational reports to be accessible to all relevant stakeholders
Prepare quality check and quality assurance reports, publish key trends or concerns, identify the root cause of problems and advise action points to plug all the gaps to mitigate risks
Be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and up-to-date internal quality-related documentation as well as client-facing material related to R&C Managed Services
Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
Support training of future members of staff
Proficiency in data gathering, analysis and problem-solving
You Have
Education to Bachelor’s degree level
At least 2 years of experience in any of the following: name screening, compliance audit, any AML/CFT related experience
Great communication skills - You are fluent in English
Ability to take ownership of and work independently to manage multiple projects through to completion
Detail-orientation, thoroughness, reliability and ability to prioritize required
Analytical thinking, abstract reasoning, creative problem-solving, independent decision-making are a must
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred
Experience with Factiva, Dow Jones Risk and Compliance (or similar products) are considered an advantage
Advanced knowledge in excel (VBA, Advanced Formulas)
Automation, data visualization skills are a plus
Financial Crime Professional Qualification (e.g. ACAMS) would be an added advantage
